Setup each of your children  with their own personalized access (one Santa Secret Password per child). The system will remember where each of your children are within the storyline so the next time they access they will be dropped in the storyline where they left off last. We also store each child’s conversation with Satna allowing you to listen and share with friends and family.

If you would like your child to have a photo with Santa, upload a photo of your child when you assign your Santa Secret Password to your child (click here for sample). Uploading of your child’s photo is optional and not required, you can still register/assign Santa’s Secret Password without uploading any photo. Click here to view sample edited pictures.

Let your child talk to Santa by selecting your child’s name from the dropdown list. A new window will open. Once your child is done talking to Santa the system will automatically log the session out to secure the recording of your child’s gift wishlist.

FYI – When you are ready for your child to talk to Santa again simply relog in and select your child’s name from the dropdown. We recommend one session per day so that your child can enjoy 35 days worth of entertainment, however, for parent’s that want to reward their children and allow interaction more than once a day, that’s fine, Santa’s Stories From Toyland will advance to the next story each time your child accesses the system. Your secret password is good for 35 sessions.

Parent’s area – Login and go to your parent’s Dashboard click the “Go to Sound Files” button, it is where the recordings of your Child’s wish list is stored, we will also send you an email with a link to listen or download the recording. The link can be sent to your friends and family for them to access the recording.

FYI – Your child’s recordings will only be available on the system for 60 days after your last session; if you desire to save a copy, please download to your computer. Also, Santa’s secret passwords are only good for 90 days from the date of purchase.
